Cheri Ledsome FNP-C, PMHNP-BC
Cheri works mostly with an adult population of 18+ years and older and has worked in healthcare for over 32 years.
Cheri completed her Nursing degree in 2009 and worked in many specialty areas throughout the hospital at the bedside caring for patients for over 10 years before completing her Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) degree at Grand Canyon University.
Cheri has worked as a Primary Care Provider in Family Medicine and Community Health for many years before seeing the need to further her education in Psychiatric Mental Health. She obtained her Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License (PMHNP-BC) at Wilkes University in 2022. She has worked the past several years in both inpatient and outpatient areas and worked wtih crisis, acute psychosis and medication stabilization.
Cheri is originally from Pennsylvania and has been in Arizona since 1997. Cheri enjoys teaching her patients how to manage their medical conditions which allows them to be in control of their disease.
Cheri is driven to provide compassionate and quality care. Cheri has been providing care in the Tri-City area for many years and is able to manage both your Psychiatric Mental Health and Primary care needs all in one location.
